8. Payment and Refund Policy
- Invoices: Payment terms are agreed upon at the project’s onset. All invoices are due as per the terms stipulated in the contract.
- Refunds: Refunds may be granted based on the service stage and project status, solely at BHP Production’s discretion. Any refunds will exclude any non-refundable fees for services rendered up to that point.
